摘要
目的:了解西藏地区中、老年人群牙膏使用情况.方法:通过问卷调查的方式,采取随机、整群抽样的方法,对西藏的拉萨市和那曲地区236名中年(32~45岁)、老年(55~75岁)人群牙膏使用情况与效果、牙齿敏感、牙龈出血情况进行调查研究,并进行统计学分析.结果:中年人群牙膏使用率(100%)显著高于老年人群(88.81%)(P<0.05),高收入人群牙膏使用率高于低收入人群;多数人(73.08%)购买牙膏时不刻意选择牙膏的品牌及功效.牙本质敏感和牙龈出血发生率分别为59.82%、67.86%,其发生率与人群类型无关;牙本质敏感人群抗敏感牙膏使用率为17.91%,牙龈出血人群缓解牙龈出血牙膏使用率为14.47%,其中中年人群使用率高于老年人群(P<0.05);抗敏感牙膏使用后自述有效率达91.77%;缓解牙龈出血牙膏使用后自述有效率达86.36%.结论:西藏地区中、老年人群牙膏平均使用率、牙齿敏感发生率及牙龈出血发生率均较高,相应的功效型牙膏对缓解牙齿敏感及牙龈出血效果明显,但是其使用率较低.
Abstract
AIM:To investigate the toothpaste usage of the middle——aged and elderly people in Tibet.METHODS: 81 middle-aged people (aged 32~45 years) and 155 elderly people (aged 55~75 years) from Lhasa City and Nagqu prefecture of Tibet completed a questionnaire on toothpaste use,tooth sensitivity and gum bleeding.RESULTS:The toothpaste users of middle-aged and elderly people were 100% and 88.81% respectively(P<0.05),the user ratio in people with high-income was higher than in those with low-income.Most people (73.08%) purchased toothpaste without paying attention to its brands and special function.The occurrence of tooth sensitivity of the subjects was as high as 73.08%,but the users of anti-sensitivity toothpaste was only 17.91%,and the effective rate in releasing tooth sensitivity reached 91.77%.The occurrence of gum bleeding of the investigated people was 67.86%,however the users of toothpaste to relieve gum bleeding was only 14.47%,and middle-aged people showed a higher rate of anti-gum bleeding toothpaste usage than elderly people(P<0.05).The overall effective rate of the gum bleeding relieve toothpaste was 86.36%.CONCLUSION:The rate of toothpaste usage in Tibet is high.The occurrence of tooth sensitivity and gum bleeding was high.Application of functional toothpastes can decrease tooth sensitivity and gum bleeding.
