摘要
陶瓷修复材料以其生物相容性好、材料性能接近天然牙、美学效果好等优势在口腔临床中的应用越来越广泛,并随着人们对微创修复及美学修复的更高追求,又出现了强度更高、韧性更好、美学性能更佳的新型材料,从而为临床修复提供了更多的选择.而对应的粘结系统在类型、作用及理化性能等方面也发生了较大变化.本文就陶瓷表面处理技术及相关粘结系统在口腔修复中的应用现状作一综述.
Abstract
Ceramic restoration materials have been widely used in clinical application for its excellent biocompatibility,aesthetics and physical properties.With the increasing demand for aesthetics and minimally invasive restoration,new materials with higher strength,higher toughness and better aesthetics appeared,providing more choices for clinical restoration.Accordingly,adhesive materials also changed greatly in type,function and physicochemical properties.The present clinical application of ceramic surface treatments and adhesive materials is summarized in this review.
