摘要
斑马鱼作为一种常用的模式生物被广泛应用于发育生物学、遗传学、药理学,在生命科学研究领域发挥着越来越重要的作用.因斑马鱼与人类基因具有高度同源性,两者在骨发育的特征等方面具有一定的相似性,因此可以利用斑马鱼进行人类骨骼疾病的研究.本文就斑马鱼骨骼系统发育特征及其在骨疾病研究中的应用作一综述.
Abstract
Zebrafish has been widely used as an ideal model organism in developmental biology,genetics and pharmacology.Zebrafish plays increasingly important roles in the field of life sciences in the past decades.Zebrafish genome is highly homologous to that of humans,and they share similar characteristics of bone development.Thus zebrafish can be used as a model in the research of human bone diseases.This article reviews literatures of zebrafish researches in the development of skeletal system,aiming to provide better understanding of the methods and progress in the research of human bone disorders.
