摘要
目的:了解我国电信企业职工口腔医疗需求现况,为我国电信企业职工口腔卫生服务决策提供信息.方法:以WHO口腔健康调查基本方法为标准,采用整群抽样调查方法,对西安市某电信企业职工分别进行口腔健康检查和问卷调查,将口腔医疗需求情况按需求医疗的程度分类.对所得数据进行统计与分析.结果:完成西安市某电信企业职工共计1 053人(男467人,女586人)的口腔健康调查.其中68.2%职工需要定期进行口腔医疗,60.2%职工需要及早口腔医疗,1.4%职工需求进行口腔医疗急诊,仅有10.4%职工口腔健康.结论:电信企业职工的口腔医疗需求十分普遍,应加强口腔疾病预防控制工作.
Abstract
AIM: To assess the need of oral treatment of telecom enterprise staff,and to provide theoretical basis for oral health service for telecom enterprise staff in China.METHODS: By using random cluster sampling method,oral health examination and questionnaire survey were conducted for the employees from one corporation in Xi'an.According to their oral health status,the need of oral treatment was classified.The data was analyzed with SPSS software.RESLTS: The Data of 1 053 subjects were collected from one corporation in Xi'an,China.The survey results showed that 10.4% of the staff presented no need for oral treatment,68.2% staff required regular oral exam and health maintaining,60.2% of the employees needed various degrees of dental treatments,and 1.4% staff were in need of dental emergencies.CONCLUSION: The need for oral treatment in telecom enterprise staff is quite common in Xi'an.It should be considered that preventive oral care should be emphasized and strengthened.Dental insurance plan for telecom staff is recommended.
