表面处理对硬化牙本质粘结性能影响的研究进展

摘要
牙本质和牙髓关系密切,随着年龄增长或在病理性刺激下,牙本质结构可发生一系列防御或反应性变化;除可形成常见的修复性牙本质外,还可形成透明牙本质,又称硬化牙本质,其不仅在结构上与正常牙本质差异较大,且与树脂间的粘结强度也低于正常牙本质.本文就不同表面处理方法对硬化牙本质粘结性能影响的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Dentin is closely associated with endodontium,with aging and/or in the presence of pathological stimulus,the structure of dentin may generate a series of defensive or reactive changes.In addition to common reparative dentine,transparent dentin can also develop,which can be called sclerotic dentin,its structure is quite different from the normal dentin,and its bonding strength with resin is lower than normal dentin.In this paper,the different surface pretreatments on the bonding performance between sclerotic dentin and resin are reviewed.
