摘要
目的:根管治疗后发生牙齿变色是临床上经常遇到的问题.根管治疗后除残留牙髓组织中的血红蛋白可以导致牙齿内源性染色外,在根管治疗过程中所用的根管冲洗剂、封闭剂及根管内药物等的残留物会余留在髓腔内,并通过形成结晶和沉淀粘附于髓室内壁,或进入牙本质小管内,从而导致牙齿变色,影响美观.目前市场上有很多根管治疗相关的新产品,其对牙齿变色的影响十分复杂.本文就根管治疗过程中常用材料及药物对牙齿变色影响的研究现状作一综述.
Abstract
It is a common problem that materials used in root canal treatment may cause tooth discoloration.Hematocrystallin in remaining pulp tissue can cause the intrinsic discoloration of tooth.Also,residues of root canal irrigants,sealers or medicaments in pulp chamber crystallize or precipitate on the root dentine,or penetrate into dentinal tubules,and thus impair the aesthetic outcome of the treated tooth.There are lots of endodontic materials available on the market nowadays,their potential of tooth discoloration are complex.Hence,this review describes the recent research progress on the tooth discoloration induced by root canal treatment materials and medicaments.
