摘要
随着医学专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训并轨,如何尽快建立起适应培养要求的人才培养模式已成为研究生教育中的一个重要课题.针对目前专业学位硕士研究生入学时普遍存在的临床技能薄弱、临床思维欠缺、人文关怀意识缺乏的现状,我教研室以问题为导向,逐步建立起以规范操作理念、培养临床思维和提高人文素质为中心的专业学位硕士研究生临床培养体系,并取得良好的教学效果.
Abstract
It is urgent to establish the talent training mode adapting to the requirements of the integration of the residents'training standardization and the postgraduates'clinical training.Based on the poor clinical skills and humanistic care of the first-year postgraduates of stomatology with professional degree,the new clinical training system centered on standardizing operation concepts,cultivating clinical thinking ability and improving humanistic quality were created in our department.This system aimed to explore the better clinical training model for stomatological postgraduates.
