吸烟对慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中HGF表达水平的影响

摘要
目的:探讨吸烟对慢性牙周炎患者牙周基础治疗前后龈沟液(GCF)中肝细胞生长因子(HGF)表达水平的影响.方法:选择慢性牙周炎患者60例,其中吸烟与非吸烟患者各30例,于牙周治疗前及治疗4周后检查记录菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、附着丧失(AL),并采集GCF样本,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测GCF中的HGF浓度及总量.结果:治疗前吸烟组PLI、HGF的浓度及总量与非吸烟组相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)外, 其他指标2组均无显著差异(P>0.05).牙周治疗4周后,非吸烟组的PLI、SBI、PD、AL指标均明显低于吸烟组(P<0.05);两组患者牙周临床指标、HGF的总量和浓度均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且非吸烟组HGF浓度(2.69±0.58)ng/mL明显低于吸烟组(3.04±0.63)ng/mL(P<0.05).结论: 吸烟与慢性牙周炎患者HGF水平具有一定相关性.
Abstract
AIM: To study the influence of smoking on HGF expression in gingival sulcus fluid(GCF) in the patients with chronic periodontitis befeor and after basic treatment.METHODS: 60 patients with chronic periodontitis, 30 smoking(group S) and 30 non-smoking(group NS), were included.Before and 4 weeks after basic treatment, tooth plaque index (PLI), exploration probing depth (PD), gingival sulcus bleeding index (SBI) and attachment loss (AL) were examined.HGF level in GCF were measured by ELISA.RESULTS: Befeor treatment PLI and HGF level in group S were higher than those in group NS(P<0.05).After treatment, PLI, SBI, PD and AL in both groups were decreased, in group NS were lower than those in group S(P<0.05).The HGF concentration in both groups were reduced after treatment(P<0.05), in group NS was lower than in group S.CONCLUSION: HGF level is related with smoking in patients with chonronic peridontitis.
