摘要
牙髓切断术(Pulpotomy)是一种保存活髓的治疗方法,一直被认为适应证范围窄,多限于乳牙及年轻恒牙.近年来,随着对牙髓生物学及盖髓材料的进一步认识和研究,牙髓切断术越来越多的被应用于成熟恒牙,国际上有关此方面的临床研究也越来越多.本文就牙髓切断术在恒牙中的应用作一综述.
Abstract
Pulpotomy is a treatment to save live pulp.It has limited indications and is used to treat deciduous teeth and young permanent teeth.In recent years, with more research and understanding of pulp biology and pulp capping material, pulpotomy has been applied in the treatment of mature permanent teeth, and there have been more and international clinical studies on this topic.In this article, we reviewed the advances of application of pulpotomy in treating permanent teeth.
