摘要
目的:用CBCT研究荆州地区汉族人群上颌第二磨牙牙根和根管解剖形态.方法:收集CBCT检查的影像资料进行回顾性分析,从中筛选出842名患者共1 684个上颌第二磨牙,记录患者的性别、年龄、牙位、牙根和根管数目,并采用Vertucci分类法对根管构型进行分类描述.结果:①上颌第二磨牙中,3根的发生率最高(77.4%), 其次为单根(11.2%);双根和4根的发生率分别为9.7%、1.7%;②1 304个3根上颌第二磨牙中,65.6%的近中颊根根管为1-1型,34.4%的近中颊根存在第二根管;③上颌第二磨牙中,Ⅱ类牙根的检出率男性和女性分别为26.8%和16.6%(P<0.05),V类牙根的检出率男性和女性分别为8.3%和13.9%(P<0.05).结论:上颌第二磨牙牙根和根管变异较大,存在一定的性别差异.
Abstract
AIM:To investigate the root and canal morphology of maxillary second molars in Han population in Jingzhou by CBCT images.METHODS:The CBCT data of 842 subjects with 1684 bilateral maxillary second molars were included.Gender, age, tooth position, number of roots and root canals were recorded.The root canal configuration was categorized according to the Vertucci''s criteria.RESULTS:The maxillary second molars showed a higher prevalence of 3 roots(77.4%), 11.2% of them had 1 root, whereas 9.7% and 1.7% of them had 2 and 4 roots respectively.The most common canal morphology in the mesiobuccal root of 3-rooted maxillary second molars was 1-1, however, 34.4% of mesiobuccal roots had second mesiobuccal canal.The incidence of Type Ⅱ root in men and women was 26.8% and 16.6% (P<0.05), Type V was 8.3% and 13.9% (P<0.05), respectively.CONCLUSION:The root and canal configurations of maxillary second molar are variable.There are some differences in the number of roots and canals between male and female subjects.
