摘要

目的:研究12岁儿童非刺激性唾液中唾液总蛋白浓度与儿童龋病风险的相关性?方法:采用12岁年龄组简化龋病风险预测方程,分别筛选出龋高危组50名?低危组37名?中危组45名儿童,BCA法测定3组儿童非刺激性唾液中唾液总蛋白浓度,统计分析各组间唾液总蛋白浓度的差异及其与龋病的相关性?结果:低危组?中危组?高危组儿童唾液蛋白浓度(μg/mL)分别为1179.092±372.266?1077.408±327.933?978.833±286.136;低危组与高危组比较,P<0.05,低危组与中危组?中危组与高危组比较P>0.05?结论:非刺激性唾液总蛋白与儿童龋病风险相关.

Abstract

AIM:To investigate the relation between salivary protein concentration and caries risk in 12 years old children.METHODS:132 children were included and divided into 3 groups:high caries risk group(n=50), moderate caries risk group(n=45) and low caries risk group(n=37) by "caries risk prediction model of 12-year-old children".Salivary protein concentration in the subjects was detected by BCA kit.SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the difference between groups, which illustrated the relationship between salivary proteins and caries risk.RESULTS:The concentration of salivary protein in low-risk group, moderate-risk group and high-risk group (μg/mL) was 1179.092±372.266, 1077.408±327.933 and 978.833±286.136 respectively.high-risk group vs low-risk group, P<0.05, high-risk group vs moderate-risk group and moderate-risk group vs low-risk group, P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Salivary protein concentration is correlated with caries risk in 12 years old children.
