恒牙活髓保存治疗新进展
New approaches of vital pulp therapy in permanent teeth

摘要
活髓保存治疗主要通过促进修复性牙本质或钙桥的形成,消除牙髓炎症,而使其继续行使各项生理功能,并最终达到保存活髓、长期保存患牙的目的.盖髓术和部分冠髓切断术是临床最常用的活髓保存治疗手段.本文就近年来有关恒牙活髓保存的预后影响因素、治疗手段及其盖髓材料等方面的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Vital pulp therapy aims at maintaining healthy pulp tissue and long-term tooth survival by initiating the formation of reparative dentin or calcific bridge, eliminating pulpal inflammation, and preserving the normal functions of dental pulp.Pulp capping and partial pulpotomy procedures are the most widely used in clinic.The purpose of this review is to provide an overview of advances in prognostic factors, techniques and capping materials of vital pulp therapy in permanent teeth.
