牙髓活力状态的临床判断之惑及解决之道

摘要
牙髓组织具有形成牙本质、提供营养、传导痛觉和对外界刺激产生保护性反应的功能.牙髓活力状态的临床判断是决定其治疗方案的选择和治疗效果评估的基础.长久以来,牙髓活力状态判断的测试方法以及判断标准,一直是临床医生争论的热点话题,且常常给临床医生在需要准确判断牙髓活力状态及选择治疗方案时造成困惑.本文就牙髓活力状态的临床判断中所存在的困惑以及解决方法做简单介绍.
Abstract
Dental pulp tissue has the function of forming dentin, providing nutrition, conducting pain and generating protective response to environmental stimuli.The pulp vitality testing is the basis to determine the choice of treatment and the evaluation of therapeutic effect.But pulp vitality testing, especially its methods and assessment standard, has long been a hot topic among the clinicians and often cause confusion when the dentists need accurate assessment of pulp status and determine the choice of treatment.In this paper, we briefly introduce the confusion and solution of the pulp vitality testing.
