用CEREC系统制作磨牙冠部修复体的临床疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察用CEREC AC系统制作冠部修复体的保存率及修复效果.方法:选择磨牙牙体缺损根管治疗后(ETT)的患者49例共55个患牙,用CEREC AC系统制作IPS e.max CAD冠部瓷修复体55例,修复后定期随访并按照改良USPHS标准对修复体进行检查和评价.结果:修复体使用2年的保存率为89%,其中10例失访,2例修复体脱落,3例修复体折裂;40例修复体各项指标(边缘密合性、外形、表面质地和颜色匹配)评价为A级的≥90%.结论:CEREC AC系统可以延长修复体的使用时间.
Abstract
AIM:To observe the clinical effects of the CEREC rehabilitation of endodontically treated teeth (ETT).METHODS:55 cases of ETT were restored using the CEREC system.Follow-up examinations were conducted every 6 months for 2 years.The clinical performance of the restorations was evaluated using modified USPHS criteria.RESULTS:45 cases completed 2 year follow-up.The survival rate of CEREC restorations was 89%, 2 restorations were lost and 3 were fractured.40 restorations were scored, more than 90% of the cases were evaluated as A in all the examination indexes.CONCLUSION:CEREC rehabilitation of ETT can increase the longevity of ETT.
