直丝弓矫治安氏Ⅱ类2分类错牙合青少年患者的侧貌分析

摘要
目的:分析直丝弓技术治疗安氏Ⅱ类2分类患者后骨性、软组织侧貌的变化.方法:回顾性分析10例青少年安氏Ⅱ类2分类错牙合患者治疗前后的影像资料,采用头影测量软件对10例患者的头颅侧围定位片进行测量,并对测量结果进行统计分析.结果:与矫治前相比,矫治后U1-SN增大了(11.19±15.80)mm,SNA减小了(9.72±5.72)°,ANB角减小了(4.56±1.07)°, 上唇凸度减小了(1.2±0.92)mm,下唇凸度增加了(0.61±2.50)mm,患者侧貌明显改善.结论:直丝弓矫治可以有效治疗安氏Ⅱ类2分类错牙合,改善患者侧貌.
Abstract
AIM:To study the profile changes of bone and soft tissue in the addescets with class Ⅱ division 2 malocclusion before and after treatments with strait-archwire appliance.METHODS:Cephalometric analysis of 10 addescents with class Ⅱ division 2 was done before and after treatment with strait-archwire appliance.The data was statistically analyzed.RESULTS:After treatment U1-SN increased by (11.19±15.80)mm, SNA angle decreased by (9.72±5.72)° , ANB angle decreased by(4.56±1.07)°, upper lip convexity decreased by (1.2±0.92)mm, lower lip convexity increased by (0.61±2.50)mm.The patients' facial profile improved significantly.CONCLUSION:Strait-archwire appliance is effective in the treatment of class Ⅱ division 2 malocclusion and in the improvement of ficial profil.
