摘要

目的:比较SinglebondTM Universal粘结剂(SB)和All-Bond Universal粘结剂(AB)对牙本质的封闭性.方法:选用因阻生而拔除的50个新鲜健康第三磨牙,制备牙合面暴露1 mm×2 mm牙本质的粘结模型后,随机分为Ⅰ组(SB单层处理)、Ⅱ组(SB双层处理)、Ⅲ组(AB单层处理)、Ⅳ组(AB双层处理)、Ⅴ组(空白对照)(n=10).各组进行相应的处理后,用20 g/L亚甲蓝染色并在根管显微镜下逐层磨除根尖,发现蓝色染色点后颊舌向切开牙齿,用游标卡尺测量染料渗入的最大垂直距离,记录各组数据并进行统计分析.结果:各组均发生染料渗透,两两比较发现:Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组与Ⅴ组相比均有统计学差异(P<0.05);Ⅰ组渗透值高于Ⅱ、Ⅳ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ组渗透值高于Ⅱ、Ⅳ组(P<0.05);Ⅰ组与Ⅲ组相比、Ⅱ组与Ⅳ组相比均无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论:SinglebondTM Universal粘结剂和All-Bond Universal粘结剂均能有效封闭牙本质,且封闭效果无显著性差异,双层涂抹比单层涂抹渗透值小.

Abstract

AIM:To evaluate the dentin sealing ability of SinglebondTM Universal adhesive(SB) and All-Bond Universal adhesive(AB).METHODS:Boxes were prepared on the occlusal surface of 50 extracted third molars to expose 1 mm×2 mm dentin.Then the dentin bonding models were randomly divided into 5 groups:GroupⅠ(single-layer daub with SB), GroupⅡ(double-layer daub with SB), GroupⅢ(single-layer daub with AB), GroupⅣ(double-layer daub with AB), and GroundⅤ(blank control).All specimens were stained with 20 g/L methylene blue and root tips were ground layer-by-layer under a dental operating microscope.Teeth were cut in buccal-lingual direction once blue points were discovered.The largest vertical distance of dye penetration were evaluated by vernier caliper.The data were analysed.RESULTS:Infiltration was observed in all groups.Pairwise comparison showed that there was statistically significant among Groups(P<0.05).The infiltration value in GroupⅠand Ⅲ was higher than that in GroupⅡ and Ⅳ(P<0.05;between group Ⅰand Ⅲ, P>0.05;between groupⅡ and Ⅳ, P>0.05).CONCLUSION:SB and AB can effectively seal dentin, the double-layered adhesive is more effective to that of single-layered adhesive.
