摘要

目的:研究氧化锆陶瓷与牛牙釉质、铸瓷、饰瓷分别配副后的磨损特性.方法:将高度6 mm、直径3 mm的氧化锆陶瓷圆柱作为上颌磨头(上试样),分别与牛下颌牙釉质、二硅酸锂铸瓷、长石质饰瓷(下试样)组成3组摩擦副(n=6),并利用摩擦磨损试验机,在人工唾液、10 N载荷、转速100 r/min、回转半径2.5 mm、匀速圆周运动的条件下进行10万次循环磨损实验.磨损完成后,用三维形貌仪分别测量上颌和下颌试件的磨损高度损失量、体积损失量及表面粗糙度,并利用扫描电镜观察其磨损面的微观形貌.结果:各下颌试件的高度磨损量、体积磨损量和表面粗糙度均以牛牙釉质最低,铸瓷次之,饰瓷最高(P<0.05).与之配副的氧化锆的上述各指标亦表现为牛牙釉质组最低,铸瓷组次之,饰瓷组最高(P<0.05).微观形貌显示,牛牙釉质及其配副氧化锆的表面均相对光滑,铸瓷及其配副氧化锆磨损面呈现宽大犁沟状磨痕,饰瓷及其配副氧化锆磨损面表现为密集的犁沟状磨痕.结论:在模拟口腔环境下,与氧化锆配副的长石质饰瓷磨损量最高,二硅酸锂铸瓷次之,牛牙釉质磨损量最低.

Abstract

AIM:To investigate the wear characteristics of zirconia ceramic paired with bovine enamel,hot-pressed ceramic and veneering porcelain respectively.METHODS:Cylindrical chairside zirconia ceramic specimens (6 mm in length,3 mm in diameter) were randomly divided into 3 groups,bovine enamel specimens,lithium disilicate glass-ceramic specimens and feldspathic porcelain specimens were served as the antagonists (n =6) respectively.The specimens were then loaded in a wear simulator with 10 N,100,000 cycles,in artificial saliva,at the speed of 100 r/min,turning radius of 2.5 mm and in an uniform circular motion condition.Height loss,volume loss and surface roughness of the specimens were respectively measured with a 3 D profilometer.SEM was applied to investigate the worn surfaces.RESULTS:Height loss and volume loss of bovine enamel wear were the lowest and veneering porcelain were the highest (P < 0.05).Zirconia ceramic of the bovine enamel group also showed lower wear loss than hot-pressed ceramic,the veneering porcelain group showed the highest wear loss (P < 0.05).SEM observation demonstrated that the bovine enamel group displayed relatively smooth surface;the wear surface of the hot-pressed ceramic group was broad furrow-like wear tracks;the veneering porcelain group showed intensive furrow-like wear tracks.CONCLUSION:The bovine enamel has stronger antiabradability,followed by the hot-pressed ceramic and the veneering porcelain.
