摘要

目的:观察SureFil SDR流动树脂充填乳磨牙龋损(牙合)面洞的临床疗效.方法:选择乳磨牙(牙合)面窝沟龋的患儿127例共198个患牙,随机分为3组,分别用SureFil SDR整层充填流动树脂(A组,n=66)、玻璃离子水门汀(B组,n=67)、3M复合树脂充填(C组,n=65).于治疗后3、6、12个月随访,对比分析其充填成功率及临床操作时间.结果:治疗后3、6、12个月,A、B、C各组间成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组临床操作时间A组最少,与B、C组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),B、C组间相比无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论:SureFil SDR整层充填树脂在修复乳磨牙龋(牙合)面洞疗效与玻璃离子、复合树脂相同,并且能节省临床操作时间.

Abstract

AIM:To observe the clinical effect of SureFil SDR in the treatment of Deciduous Molars caries.METHODS:198 deciduous molars caries of 127 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups and treated by minimalinvasive method,the cavities of the molarswere filled with SureFil SDR (group A,n =66),glass ionomer cement (group B,n =67) and 3M composite resins (group C,n =65) respectively.The children were followed up for 3months,6 months and 12 months after treatment,the filling success rate and clinical operation time were compared among the groups.RESULTS:There was no significant difference among the three groups at 3,6 and 12 months after treatment (P > 0.05).Group A showed the leastoperation time,and group B showed the most.CONCLUSION:SureFil SDR whole layer filling resin is effective in the repair of type Ⅰ cave of deciduous dental caries,and cansave the clinical operation time.
