摘要

目的:观察机用镍钛器械联合超声荡洗应用于根管再治疗一次法的临床疗效.方法:纳入年龄17~49岁,根管治疗失败的慢性根尖周炎患者60例共68个单根管患牙,经机用镍钛锉根管预备联合超声根管荡洗后,随机分为一次法组(n=36)和两次法组(n=32),采用疼痛程度分级法(VRS法)记录两组根管充填后1周的疼痛情况,并观察术后1年的临床疗效.结果:根管充填术后1周,发生急性疼痛一次法组4例,两次法组2例(P>0.05);术后1年,一次法组复诊25例中失败5例,两次法组复诊26例中失败4例(P>0.05).结论:机用镍钛锉联合超声荡洗应用于根管再治疗一次法及两次法均有较好的临床效果.

Abstract

AIM:To evaluate the clinic effects of Nickel-Titanium instrument combined with ultrasonic irrigation in one-visit root canal retreatment.METHODS:68 single-canal teeth with root canal treatment failure and diagnosed as chronic periapical periodontitis in 60 cases aged 17-49 years were prepared by Ni-Ti rotary instrument and irrigated by ultrasonic equipment,then the teeth were randomly divided into one-visit group(n =36) and two-visit group(n =32).Verbal Rating Scale (VRS)was used to record the post-treatment pain 1 week after root canal filling.The effective rate of the 2 groups were evaluated 1 year after treatment.RESULTS:1 week after root canal filling,post-treatment pain was found in 4 cases in one-visit group and 2 cases in two-visit group (P > 0.05).In the 1-year followup 5 out of 25 cases were failed in one-visit group and 4 out of 26 cases in two-visit group (P > 0.05).CONCLUSION:Ni-Ti rotary instrument and ultrasonic irrigation were feasible for one-visit root canal retreatment.
