针对执业医师技能的口腔修复学本科生课程教学与考核方式改革初探

摘要
通过分析和对比口腔修复学本科生课程结业考试和执业医师模拟考试结果,探讨现行口腔修复学教学中存在的问题.结果发现,口腔修复学结业考试试卷与执业医师模拟考试题涉及知识点基本一致,但是在试卷结构、考核方式上有区别;口腔专业本科生在口腔修复学课程结业考试和执业医师模拟考试的通过率、优秀率以及错题类型上都存在显著差异.现行的本科生口腔修复学教学应在教学目的、内容方法和考核方式上进行相应改革.
Abstract
The problems in contemporary Prosthodontic education were analyzed by comparison of the results between programme end test and practicing dentist simulation test.According to the results,the contents that including the professional knowledge in the 2 tests are almost the same.There are significant differences in the method and style of the 2 tests.The results of the two tests are significantly different in the pass rate,excellent rate and types of errors.It is of great important to reform the contemporary Prosthodontic educationin of the teaching purpose,content and test methods.
