激光在微创非翻瓣冠延长术中的应用研究

摘要
目的:探讨激光微创非翻瓣冠延长术的临床疗效.方法:选择需行冠延长术的23例患者共30个患牙,随机分为2组(n=15).实验组采用激光微创的非翻瓣冠延长术,对照组采用传统的翻瓣冠延长术.分析比较2组术后疼痛、牙龈指数、龈缘位置、龈沟出血指数、探诊深度.结果:实验组术后疼痛明显低于对照组.实验组龈缘位置及探诊深度在术后2周即达稳定,对照组龈缘位置在术后4周后达到稳定,术后4周实验组龈缘位置和探诊深度与对照组相比均有统计学差异(P＜0.05).术后1、2、4周及2个月,两组牙龈指数及龈沟出血指数相比均无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论:采用激光微创的非翻瓣冠延长术较传统的翻瓣冠延长术具有伤创小、术后反应性小、术后恢复快等优点.
Abstract
AIM:To evaluate the clinical effects of laser in minimally invasive crown lengthening surgery.METHODS:30 teeth in 23 patients underwent crown lengthening surgery were divided into 2 groups (n =15),the teeth were treated by laser assisted minimally invasive flapless crown lengthening surgery and traditional method(control group) respectively.The postoperative pain,gingival margin position,gingival index,bleeding index and probing depth of the 2 groups were examined and compared.RESULTS:The postoperative pain in laser group was lighter than that in traditional group(P ＜0.05).The postion of gingival margin and probing depth was stable in 2 weeks in laser group and in 4 weeks in both groups after opertion(P ＜0.05).The bleeding index and gingival index of the 2 groups were not significantly different(P ＞ 0.05).CONCLUSION:Laser in minimally invasive crown lengthening surgery can reduce postoperative pain and obtain stable gingival margin.
