摘要
白血病是一种原因不明的造血系统恶性疾病,急、慢性白血病均伴有口腔症状.本文报告在我院牙周科门诊发现的急性白血病2例,再次说明口腔临床表现在诊断急性白血病中的重要性,为今后急性白血病的口腔科首诊提供借鉴.
Abstract
Leukemia is a kind of unknown cause malignant hematopoietic system disease,acute or chronic leukemia are accompanied by oral symptoms.This paper reports 2 cases of acute leukemia observed when the patients were visiting the periodontology department.The report again stresses the role of oral cavity as a diagnostic indicator of leukaemia and a dentist may be the first person to diagnose acute leukemia.
