精氨酸在口腔疾病防治中的应用进展

摘要
精氨酸是唾液的天然成分之一,具有促进钙磷离子沉积于牙本质表面和牙本质小管的能力,同时具有隔绝外界刺激、延缓牙本质敏感的作用.而且,精氨酸作为细菌产碱代谢底物不仅参与口腔微生态平衡的调控,其抑制致龋细菌的能力以及促进早期釉质龋再矿化的作用等方面也越来越得到学者们的重视.本文就精氨酸在口腔疾病防治中的研究现状以及应用情况作一综述.
Abstract
Arginine is one of the natural ingredients of saliva,and it can promote the deposition of calcium and phosphorus ions into dentin and dentin tubules.Also,it can well isolate the outside stimulation and relieve the sensitive dentin.Meanwhile,more and more attentions from researchers have been paid to arginine for its ability of inhibiting cariogenic bacteria and promoting the remineralization of early enamel caries.This article makes a summary of the current research status and the latest application of arginine.
