两种糊剂在根管治疗封药期间镇痛效果的比较

摘要
目的:评估Odontopaste与PULPDENT TempCanalTM两种根管糊剂在根管治疗封药期间的镇痛作用.方法:选择下颌第一或第二磨牙自发痛的患者129名共129个患牙,根管预备后随机分为3组(n=43),组1:Odontopaste组;组2:PULPDENT TempCanalTM组;组3:安慰剂,并在患牙内分别封入相应糊剂.根据Heft-Parker VAS量表对患者在治疗前、封药后24h及7d时自发痛及叩痛程度进行评分.结果:组1和组2在封药后24 h及7d的自发痛和叩痛评分显著低于组3,组1在封药24h后的自发痛评分低于组2;3组患者在根管预备及封药24 h后其自发痛和叩痛情况均得到明显减轻.结论:Odontopaste、PULPDENT TempCan-alTM糊剂均能有效降低患牙的自发痛和叩痛,且Odontopaste的早期镇痛作用则更加理想.
Abstract
AIM:To evaluate the analgesic effect of Odontopaste and PULPDENT TempCanalTM medicament after roolt canal preparation.METHDS:129 lower first and second mandibular molars with spontaneous pain and percussion sensitivity in 129 patients were included and divided into 3 groups (n =43) after root canal preparation.Root canals in Groupl,2 and 3 were dressed with Odontopaste,PULPDENT TempCanalTM and placebo respectively.Heft-Parker VAS diagram was used for patients determining their pain rate and percussion sensitivity before treatment,24 hours and 7 days after the first visit.RESULTS:Spontaneous pain and percussion sensitivity scores of Group1 and Group2 were lower than those of Group3.The spontaneous pain scores of Group1 were lower than that of Group2.Scores in all groups decreased after root canal preparation and medication dressing.CONCLUSION:Odontopaste and PULPDENT TempCanalTM can reduce the spontaneous pain and percussion sensitivity after root canal preparation.Odontopaste is recommended for medication dressing in short-term.
