下颌第一前磨牙根管形态的影像学分析

摘要
目的:采用锥形束CT(CBCT)探讨下颌第一前磨牙根管的解剖形态.方法:收集176例患者的双侧下颌第一前磨牙的CBCT影像学资料,用NNT软件进行扫描并观察根管类型和根管分布情况.结果:352个下颌第一前磨牙根管分型:Ⅰ型298个(84.7％),Ⅲ型15个(4.3％),Ⅴ型26个(7.4％),Ⅷ型2个(0.6％),C型11个(3.1％).结论:下颌第一前磨牙牙根形态多样,且根管形态的类型较为复杂.
Abstract
AIM:To Investigate the canal morphology of mandibular first premolars using cone-beam CT (CBCT).METHODS:352 CBCT images of mandibular first premolars in 176 subjects were analyzed with NNT software for the type distribution of the root canals.RESULTS:The canal configuration of mandibular first premolars was 84.7％ of type Ⅰ,4.3％ of type Ⅲ,7.4％ of type Ⅴ,0.6％ of type Ⅷ and 3.1 ％ of type C.CONCLUSION:The morphology of the roots of mandibular first premolars is various and root canals are complex.
