摘要
MicroRNA为单链非编码RNA,其主要作用是在转录和翻译水平抑制基因的表达.MicroR-NA-29家族在骨组织中的成骨细胞、破骨细胞、骨细胞等细胞中均有表达,并可通过多种信号通路对上述细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡、基质合成及降解等活动产生影响,从而在骨生理(如发育阶段、骨折愈合等)及病理(如骨肉瘤、骨关节炎、骨质疏松等)过程中发挥重要的调节作用.本文就近年来MicroRNA-29在骨生理及病理进程中作用的相关研究作一综述.
Abstract
MicroRNA-29 family is a kind of non-coding single strand RNA molecular which suppresses genetic expression through the level of transcription and translation.Recent studies suggest that osteoblasts,osteoclasts and other osteocytes can express MicroRNA-29.It affects metabolism,differentiation and secretion of osteocytes through several signal paths,and plays a vital role in regulating physiological (developmental stage) and pathological (osteosarcoma,osteoporosis,dysosteogenesis,osteoarthritis) process of bone.The function of MicroRNA-29 in physiology and pathology of bone are reviewed.
