摘要

目的:观察iRoot SP用于根管充填时对牙根抗折性能的影响.方法:取离体单根管下颌前磨牙55个,截去各牙牙冠(保留牙根12 mm)后,按随机数字表法将其分为3个实验组(A、B、C组,n=15)和1个对照组(D组,n=10).各实验组牙根经机用镍钛器械预备根管至#30后,A组用iRoot SP直接注入根管进行充填;B组用iRoot SP+热牙胶进行充填;C组用AH Plus+热牙胶进行充填;D组不进行根管预备及根充.拍摄X线片确认充填致密后,用光固化复合树脂充填根管口;然后再用万能材料试验机检测各组牙根的抗折力.结果:A、B、C、D组的最大抗压载荷(N)分别为384.33±91.55、308.33±56.25、289.35±54.92、370.50±89.92(A或D与B或C比较,P<0.05;A与D比较或B与C比较,P>0.05).结论:生物陶瓷材料iRoot SP用于一元相根管充填可增强牙根的抗折性.

Abstract

AIM:To evaluate the fracture resistance of roots oburated with iRoot SP in root canal three-dmensional obturation.METHODS:55 mandibular premolars with single canal were decoronated and 55 root segments with the length of 12 mm were obtained.The roots were randomly divided into 3 experimental groups of A,B and C(n =15) and a control group of D(n =10).The roots in group D were unprepared and unfilled.In experimental groups root canals were instrumented using Protaper Files and prepared to #30.The root canals of group A were directly filled with iRoot SP,those of Group B and C were filled with iRoot SP using continuous wave of condensation technique and AH plus (root canal sealer) using continuous wave of condensation technique respectively.After filling the roots were examined by X-ray films,all canals were sealed with light-cured glass ionomer,kept at room temperature in 100 g/L formalin for 2 weeks.Then all samples were placed on a universal testing machine and loaded until fractured,the.maximum breaking load was recorded.RESULTS:The maximum breaking load of group A,B,C and D(N) was 384.33 ±91.55,308.33 ±56.25,289.13 ±54.92 and 370.50 ±89.92 respectively(A or D vs B or C,P <0.05;A vs D or B vs C,P > 0.05).CONCLUSION:iRoot SP is a promising sealer in terms of increasing fracture resistance of endodontically treated roots.
