7～9岁儿童第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭剂脱落的多因素分析

摘要
目的:了解7～9岁儿童第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭剂脱落情况.方法:选择哈尔滨市香坊区符合窝沟封闭适应症的1 074名7～9岁儿童,使用voco封闭剂对第一恒磨牙(2 840个)进行窝沟封闭.术后1年检查窝沟封闭脱落情况,同时对家长进行问卷调查.统计分析儿童年龄、刷牙次数、夜磨牙、饮用碳酸饮料频率、乳牙龋补面数5种因素对窝沟封闭剂脱落的影响.结果:窝沟封闭术后1年,共回收有效问卷883份(2 310个牙),在883人中,窝沟封闭剂部分或完全脱落242人(27.41％);儿童年龄小、刷牙次数少、饮用碳酸饮料频率高、乳牙龋补面数多,其窝沟封闭剂的脱落率高(P＜0.05).结论:7～9岁儿童第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭剂1年脱落率较高,与年龄、刷牙次数、饮用碳酸饮料、乳牙龋补面数有关.
Abstract
AIM:To investigate the related factors of fall off rate of pit and fissure sealant on first permanent molar of 7-to 9-year-old school children in Xiangfang district of Harbin.METHODS:2 840 first permanent molar in 1 074 school children aged 7 to 9 year underwent the treatment of pit and fissure sealant voco in Xiangfang district of Harbin were incuded.The sealant was examined 1 year after after treatment.Regression analysis of Logistic method was used for the study of the effect of age,tooth brushing frequency,bruxism,frequency of carbonated drinks and baby teeth caries filling surface on the fall off rat of the sealant.RESULTS:883 children with 2 310 teeth completed the surveys.The children with younger age,fewer tooth brushing frequency,more carbonated drinks and more baby teeth caries filling surface were respectively had higher fall off rate of pit and fissure sealant (P ＜ 0.05).CONCLUSION:The fall off rate of of pit and fissure sealant of 7-to 9 year-old students in Xiangfang district of Harbin is related with age,tooth brushing frequency,carbonated drinks and baby teeth caries filling surface.
