提高氧化锆饰瓷结合性能的研究进展

摘要
由于氧化锆材料的美学性能不佳,在用于前牙美容修复时,仍需依赖在其表面饰瓷以实现美学特点的再现.相较于金属烤瓷修复体,氧化锆全瓷修复体更易发生饰瓷的剥脱和崩裂,并导致修复失败.因此,如何提高氧化锆与饰瓷的结合已成为全瓷修复研究中的热点和难点之一.本文从氧化锆基底冠的设计、表面处理方式、饰瓷的工艺和厚度等方面对提高氧化锆饰瓷结合性能的相关研究作一综述.
Abstract
Because zirconia ceramic has comparably lower translucency,weak veneer porcelain is needed for the esthetical appearance.However,failure of all-ceramic crown with zirconia core has been attributed to the low bonding strength between the zirconia core and the upper porcelain.Many studies have been done with the attempt to improve the bonding between the 2 materials.This review mainly concludes the studies on the design of zirconia framework,surface treatment,veneering technology and veneer thickness.
