摘要
消退素(resolvin)是近年来发现的新型内源性促炎症消退介质,对多种类型炎症具有显著的抗炎及促进炎症消退作用;其还具有预防骨吸收、诱导骨重建、减缓肿胀、减轻炎性疼痛等生物学作用.本文就消退素与牙周病关系的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Resolvin is a novel endogenous medium found in the last decade which has significant anti-inflammatory and pro-resolution effects for various types of inflammation.In recent years,more biological effects of Resolvin were found,such as preventing bone resorption,inducing bone remodeling,slowing the swelling and reducing the inflammatory pain.This paper summarizes the research progress on the relationship between resolvin and periodontal diseases.
