摘要
目的:探讨西帕依固龈液联合米诺环素治疗局限型侵袭性牙周炎(LIP)的临床效果及对复发率的作用.方法:选择2017年2月至2017年10月我院142位LIP患者.根据治疗方法分为观察组(47例)、对照组(43例)、正常组(52例).正常组行常规牙周基础治疗;对照组在正常组基础上加用西帕依固龈液治疗;观察组在对照组基础上对牙周探诊深度超过5 mm的位点以2％盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗.观察3组疗效,治疗前后SBI、探诊深度(PD)、PLI、CAL的变化,血清CRP、TNF-a、IL-17水平,骨吸收情况和骨密度改变.结果:观察组总治疗有效率高于对照组、正常组(P＜0.05)o治疗后,3组血清CRP、TNF-a、IL-17水平下降(P＜0.05);PLI、SBI、PD、CAL降低(P＜0.05);3组骨吸收量减少,骨密度增加(P＜0.05).3组复发率无差异(P＞0.05).结论:西帕依固龈液联合米诺环素治疗LIP有显著疗效,复发率无差异.
Abstract
AIM:To investigate the clinical effect of sipayi gingival stabilization solution combined with mino-cycline in the treatment of localized aggressive periodontitis(LIP)and its effect on the recurrence rate.METHODS:142 LIP patients in our hospital from February 2017 to October 2017 were selected.They were divided into observation group(47 cases),control group(43 cases)and normal group(52 cases).The normal group received routine periodontal treatment.Control group was treated with sipayi gingival fluid on the basis of normal group.The observation group was treated with 2％minocycline hydrochloride ointment on the basis of the control group on the basis of periodontal probing depth of more than 5 mm.The effects of the three groups were observed,and the changes of SBI,PD,PLI,CAL,serum CRP,TNF-at,IL-17 levels,bone resorption and bone mineral density were observed before and after treatment.RESULTS:The total effec-tive rate of observation group was higher than that of control group and normal group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of CRP,TNF-α and IL-17 in three groups were decreased(P＜0.05).PLI,SBI,PD and CAL were decreased(P＜0.05);Bone absorption decreased and bone mineral density increased in the three groups(P＜0.05).There was no differ-ence in recurrence rate among the three groups(P＞0.05).CONCLUSION:Sipayi gingival fluid combined with minocy-cline has a significant effect on LIP treatment,and there is no difference in recurrence rate.
