Prevention and treatment of orthodontic gingivitis
This review systematically discusses the prevention and treatment of gingivitis during orthodontic treatment.The article analyzes the infiltration of inflammatory cells in gingival tissue and the core role of inflammatory mediators such as IL-1β in the inflammatory response,and clarifies the pathological mechanism of orthodontic-induced gingivitis.The study summarizes the application effects of common oral cleaning tools and cutting-edge technologies in the prevention of orthodontic gingivitis,and introduces in detail a variety of effective treatment methods such as drug therapy,supragingival scaling and laser therapy.The review emphasizes that by rationally controlling the inflammatory response,orthodontic-induced gingivitis can be effectively prevented and treated,the effect of orthodontic treatment can be improved,and the oral health level of patients can be improved.
