Study on the effect of high-quality nursing ofin office bleaching in discolored teeth
AIM:To study the effect of four-hand high-quality nursing on whitening effect of discolored teeth consulting room,and to provide reference for optimizing clinical diagnosis and treatment.METHODS:164 patients with discolored teeth who were admitted to our hospital from 2023 January to June were randomly divided into four-hand highquality nursing coordination group and general nursing coordination group,82 cases in each group,and underwent whitening treatment using Opalescence Boost PF tooth whitening treatment system.The tooth color of the two groups before whitening,immediately after whitening and half a year after whitening were recorded by Vita colorimetric plate and photographs.The satisfaction degree,sensitivity degree of teeth and other conditions of the patients after treatment were collected and recorded by telephone return visit and online questionnaire survey,and SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis.RESULTS:The immediate evaluation after whitening treatment showed that the effective rate of the four-hand high-quality nursing group was higher than that of the ordinary nursing group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05),and the proportion of patients with symptoms such as tooth soreness was significantly lower than that of the ordinary nursing group(P<0.05);and there was no significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).and there was no significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups.After half a year of treatment,the effective rate of tooth whitening in the fourhand operation group was significantly higher than that in the general care group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Fourhand operation with high quality nursing can improve the safety and therapeutic effect of whitening treatment in the consulting room,improve the efficiency of medical care,service quality and patient satisfaction,and have the value of promotion and application in clinical practice.
