摘要
牙骨质撕裂是一种罕见的根折类型,常伴有牙周病损或根尖周病损.牙骨质撕裂的临床表现不典型,早期诊断较困难,常导致临床上的误诊和不恰当治疗.本文阐述了牙骨质撕裂的易感因素、临床表现、影像学特征、组织病理学表现、临床管理和预后等研究进展,以期提高临床医师对牙骨质撕裂的全面认识,并为疾病防治提供参考.
Abstract
Cemental tear is a rare type of root fracture,which is often accompanied by periodontal diseases or periapical diseases.The clinical feature of cemental tear is not typical,and early diagnosis is difficult,which usually leads to misdiagnosis and erroneous treatment in clinic.In order to improve clinicians,understanding on the disease,the present article summarized the epidemiology,predisposing factors,clinical manifestation,radiographic and histological features,clinical management and prognosis of the cemental tear.
