摘要
牙周炎是一种常见的口腔疾病,严重威胁着口腔健康和生活质量.近年来,外泌体作为一种新型的细胞间通讯介质,在牙周炎的发病机制、诊断及治疗中的作用逐渐受到广泛关注.本文综述了外泌体在牙周炎方面的最新研究进展,包括外泌体的生物学特性、与牙周炎相关的外泌体生物标志物的诊断价值以及外泌体在牙周炎治疗中的应用前景.通过对这些研究进展的深入探讨,旨在为牙周炎的早期诊断和有效治疗提供新的思路和方法.
Abstract
Periodontitis is a common oral disease that seriously threatens oral health and quality of life.In recent years,as a novel intercellular communication medium,the role of extracellular vesicles in the pathogenesis,diagnosis,and treatment of periodontitis has gradually received widespread attention.This article reviewed the latest research progress of extracellular vesicles in periodontitis,including their biological characteristics,diagnostic value of extracellular vesicle biomarkers related to periodontitis,and the application prospects of extracellular vesicles in the treatment of periodontitis.Through in-depth exploration of these research advances,the aim is to provide new ideas and methods for the early diagnosis and effective treatment of periodontitis.
