本研究以学生视角深入剖析了牙体牙髓病学中客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)的应用效果和价值.问卷调查显示,学生对OSCE持积极态度,认为其能精准评估临床能力并提升沟通技巧和团队协作能力.成绩分析揭示了学生在各模块的表现差异,尤其在病历与处方书写及临床思辩等模块存在挑战.讨论部分提出了教学策略的反思与调整建议,包括引入问题为基础的学习、团队为基础的学习及游戏化学习方法等创新手段,以提升教学效果.同时,强调了 OSCE在评估学生临床技能和提升职业素养上的重要作用,以及教育者应融合理论与实践,专注职业素养培养的必要性.本研究为进一步优化口腔医学教学提供了有力依据和建议.
Analysis of student feedback on objective structured clinical examinations
This study provides a thorough analysis of the application effect and value of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in the practice of endodontics from the perspective of students.The questionnaire survey showed that students hold a positive attitude towards OSCE,believing that it can accurately assess clinical competence and improve communication skills and teamwork skills.The analysis of scores reveals the differences in students'performance in various modules,especially in the modules of medical record and prescription writing and clinical thinking.The discussion section proposes reflections and adjustments to teaching strategies,including the introduction of innovative methods such as problem-based learning,team-based learning,and gamified learning methods to enhance teaching effectiveness.At the same time,it emphasizes the important role of OSCE in evaluating students'clinical skills and improving professional qualities,as well as the necessity for educators to integrate theory with practice and focus on professional quality cultivation.This study provides a strong basis and suggestions for further optimizing oral medicine teaching.
