Thinking and exploration of ideological and political education in the standardized training of periodontology residents
The main task of resident standardized training is to cultivate the ability of young doctors to apply the basic theoretical knowledge and experimental skills learned in the classroom to clinical services,and the resident standardized training plays an important role in bridging the past and opening up the future.Periodontology is one of the important disciplines of stomatology,and periodontal department is also one of the main rotation departments of oral medicine residents.In the past,the resident training of periodontology mainly focused on the clinical operation ability of students,but ignored the important role of ideological and political education in the resident training teaching.Through the infiltration of ideological and political elements into the clinical diagnosis and treatment teaching work,residents can be trained to have noble medical ethics and social responsibility,so as to achieve the true"three integrity education".This article analyzes the integration of professional ideological and political education into the process of periodontology resident training in Lanzhou University Stomatological Hospital.
