摘要
目的:探讨慕课与Seminar文献研读联合教学法在牙体牙髓科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)中的作用.方法:以2021年01月至06月和2022年01月至06月的在中国医科大学附属口腔医院牙体牙髓科参加住培的40名住培学生为研究对象.其中,选择2021年的20名住培学生为对照组,采用传统教学法.2022年的20名住培学生为观察组,在传统教学模式基础上,增加慕课与Seminar文献研读联合教学法.比较两组住培学生的出科考核成绩,并进行教学满意度问卷调查.结果:观察组住培学生的出科考试理论成绩的平均分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),采用慕课与Seminar文献研读联合教学法的观察组住培生的住院医师岗位胜任力的多方面评价均高于采用传统教学方法的对照组住培学生(P<0.05).结论:在牙体牙髓科住培中引入慕课与Seminar文献研读联合教学法能显著提高教学效果.
Abstract
AIM:The aim of this study was to explore the role of MOOCs combined with Seminar literature study in standardized residency training of endodontics.METHODS:40 residents from China Medical University,school of stomatology,endodontics department in 2021(20 residents)and 2020(20 residents)were selected and divided into the control group and the research group respectively.The traditional teaching method was applied to the control group,while MOOCs combined with Seminar literature study was applied to the research group.The scores of the two groups were compared,and the satisfaction survey was investigated by questionnaire.RESULTS:The mean theoretical scores of the research group residents were significantly higher than those of the control group residents(P<0.01).Questionnaire survey showed that residents'satisfaction of MOOCs combined with Seminar literature study teaching method in terms of improving the post-competence of residents was higher than that of residents in the control group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:The introduction of MOOCs combined with Seminar literature study teaching method in resident training of endodontics can effectively improve the teaching effect.
