Retrospective analysis of corticosteroids combined with fluconacne capsules in children with severe asthma combined with acute onset of oral fungal infection
AIM:TLogistic regression analysis of corticosteroids combined with fluacne capsules on lung function, brain natriuresis peptide(BNP),eosinophils(EOS),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),oral cavity and periostin levels in patients with severe asthma with oral fungal infection.METHODS:A total of 142 children with severe asthma and oral fungal infection in Jiangnan Hospital Affilated to Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from April 2021 to August 2022 were selected for retrospective analysis.According to the treatment method, those treated with oral prednisolone were classified as the control group, and those treated with oral prednisolone treatment+fluconazole capsule intervention were classified as the observation group,48 cases each.Compcompare factors such as duration of lung function between the two groups.RESULTS:After treatment, the concentration of inflammatory factors and pulmonary function indicators in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Among them, age was positively correlated with the treatment effect during acute onset(P<0.05),while lower respiratory tract infection was negatively correlated with periosteal protein level(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Glucocorticoid combined with fluconacne capsule can effectively regulate the lung function in children. In addition, age, periostin level and combined lower respiratory tract infection are independent risk factors affecting the outcome of children.
