Tourism is an important indicator to measure national well-being and quality of life. There are many studies on the relationship between tourism and tourists'satisfaction and happiness from the ontological cognition and macro level. However, there are few special studies on the impact of certain tourism experiences on the psychological feelings of specific tourist groups. The purpose of this study is to explore the inner influence of suburban rural tourism recovery experience on the subjective well-being of urban office tourists,so as to guide the high-quality improvement and reasonable development management of rural tourism. On the basis of the research hypothesis, the research sample is analyzed statistically, the structural equation model is constructed, and the hy-pothesis is verified at last. The results show that there is a significant positive relationship between the four dimensions of suburban rural tourism recovery experience and the two dimensions of urban office tourists'subjective well-being in the Yangtze River Del-ta.Although the research needs to detail the tourism factors that affect subjective well-being and deepen the differences between office workers in different cities,it is expected that this research will enrich the theoretical research on the relationship between different types of tourism experiences and tourist happiness.
