Ecological Restoration Strategy and Function Zoning of Rural Area in Qiandao Lake,Zhejiang Province from the Perspective of Shoreline and Water Synergy Based on RSEI and FAI Model
Qiandao Lake is a mountain-type artificial lake made by intercepting the water flow of Xin'an River, and the problems of land soil erosion and water eutrophication are two key factors leading to the decline of the overall ecological environment quality in the reservoir area.In this study,40 estuarine villages and towns with the most frequent human activities in Qiandao Lake were selected as the research objects, focusing on the shore-water interface zone of 98~118 m elevation and exploring the shore-water synergistic ecological restoration and management solutions for soil erosion and eutrophication in this zone based on the perspective of coupling and coordination of land and water in the ecological process. The aim is to solve the key water ecological restoration problem of"how to address the ecological risks of soil erosion and eutrophication in the land area"in the ecological function zoning of the shore-water space to establish a long-term mechanism for managing the water body.Accord-ing to the average high water level of the Qiandao Lake, with 108~118 m elevation as the land area and 98~108 m elevation as the water area, based on the landsat8 satellite remote sensing data of the study area, the RSEI model is used to evaluate the erosion status of the land area. The FAI model is used to assess the eutrophication status of the water area.Through the coupling and coordination analysis of the two,the coupled and coordinated development level of the ecological quality of land and water is obtained, based on which the key water ecological problems are investigated, and ecological restoration and management measures for shoreline-water synergy are proposed by zoning. The results show that there are two moderately dysfunctional estuaries, two mildly dysfunctional estuaries, one on the verge of dysfunctional estuaries, five barely coordinated estuaries, ten primary-coordinated estuaries, nine intermediate-coordinated estuaries, and eleven well-coordinated estuaries. The forty estua-rine villages and towns are divided into three levels of eco-functional zones according to the level of coupled and coordinated development, with level 1 eco-functional zones focusing on strengthening pollution control measures, level 2 eco-functional zones focusing on improving ecological resilience, and level 3 eco-functional zones concentrate on facilitating the conversion of values.
