复方天麻蜜环菌片治疗紧张性头痛临床观察

摘要
目的:观察复方天麻蜜环菌片治疗紧张性头痛的疗效及安全性.方法:100例紧张性头痛患者随机分为两组各50例.治疗组予复方天麻蜜环菌片250 mg,po tid；对照组给予吲哚美辛肠溶片25 mg,po tid.疗程均为28 d.结果:治疗后两组患者头痛发作次数均较治疗前减少(P＜0.05),疼痛持续时间缩短(P＜0.05),疼痛积分和生活质量指数明显改善(P ＜0.001)；两组间治疗后比较,头痛发作次数和持续时间、生活质量积分差值、疼痛缓解和生活质量改善的总有效率差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗组1例患者因不良反应而退出试验.两组不良反应发生率分别为20.0％和28.0％.结论:复方天麻蜜环菌片治疗紧张性头痛疗效显著,安全性高,与传统标准治疗相比某些指标尚有优势.
Abstract
Objective; To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of oral administration of compound armillaria mellea preparation tablets( CAPT) in patients with tension headache(TH). Methods; 100 patients with TH were randomly divided into trial group (n =50) and controlled group (n =50). The former were administered CAPT 250 rag, tid and the latter were administered indomethacin 25 mg, tid. The course of both administrations was 28 days. Results: In both groups after the treatment, the frequency of the headache decreased(P < 0. 05 ) , duration of headache reduced, scores of pain and index number of the life quality improved significantly (P <0.05). Compared with those before the treatment, there were statistical significance in the frequency and duration of headache attack , difference of quality of life points and the total efficiency differences of easement of pain and improvement of life quality (P < 0. 05 ) between the two groups after the treatment. In the treatment group, one patient withdrew from the study due to adverse events. The adverse reaction rates in the two groups were 20. 0% and 28. 0% , respectively. Conclusion;CAPT was a safe and effective drug in the treatment of tension headache, and it had its advantages over the traditional analgesic treatment in some aspects.
