目的 观察0.5%氟虫腈杀红火蚁饵剂对城市绿地的红火蚁的现场防治效果.方法 采用单蚁巢表面施药方法施药.每巢按10 g~15 g的剂量施药,施药后每次观察时段对仍有活蚁的活动蚁巢进行补充施药.观察7d、15 d、30d、45 d、60d和75 d的杀灭效果.结果 0.5%氟虫腈杀红火蚁饵剂对现场的红火蚁杀灭效果良好,试验区施药7d后红火蚁活动蚁巢明显减退,施药15 d、30 d的活动蚁巢校正减退率分别为64.8%和95.1%,施药60d后活动蚁巢减退率均达到100.0%,工蚁校正减退率为100.0%,达到控制效果;75d观察未发现新的活动蚁巢.结论 0.5%氟虫腈杀红火蚁饵剂单独使用能快速控制城市绿地的红火蚁.
Effect research of 0.5 % fipronil baits against Solenopsis invicta in urban green land
Objective To observe the scene prevention and control effect of 0.5 % fipronil baits against Solenopsis invicta in urban green land.Methods To delivery drugs according to the methods of a single ant nest.To delivery drug on a dose of 10g-15g for each ant nest,supplementary delivery drugs to the active nest which still have living ants on each observation period of time after application.Observe the killing effect of 7d、15d、30d、45d、60d and 75d.Results Killing effect of 0.5% fipronil baits against Solenopsis invicta on the spot was good,active ant nest significantly decreased 7d after application the baits in the experiment areas,the adjusted decrease rate of active ant nests which been delivered for 15d、30d were 64.8% and 95.1% respectively,all the decrease rates researched 100% after day 60,worker ants correction decrease rate was 100%,reached the control effect; no new active ant nests were found at days 75.Conclusions To use 0.5% fipronil baits alone can fast control Solenopsis invicta in urban green land.
