农村艾滋病重点区域防治模式探索与实践效果分析

摘要
目的 探索适用于农村艾滋病综合防治的技术措施,为今后农村艾滋病重点区域开展艾滋病防控工作提供科学的依据.方法 在南宁市邕宁区中和乡、百济乡两个艾滋病疫情高发乡镇各建立一个艾滋病综合防治示范区,通过组织开展艾滋病防治知识宣传和健康教育活动建立有效的高危人群行为干预活动模式,研究科学规范的传染源治疗管理方法,提高群众艾滋病防治知识知晓率、艾滋病初筛检测率及感染者和病人的生存质量,降低艾滋病新发感染率.结果 2013年5月～ 2014年5月在项目点开展入户面对面防艾知识宣传,健康教育干预共8 516人,宣传前后各2 760人,艾滋病防治知识总体知晓率分别为45.29％和93.37％,差异有统计学意义(x2=1 500.26,P＜0.05).艾滋病感染者规范治疗率达87.50％.新发感染率持平.结论 在农村艾滋病重点区域进行面对面入户宣传,并对艾滋病感染者进行有效管理的防治模式行之有效,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective Explore the technical measures for AIDS prevention and control in rural areas, in order to provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention and control in rural areas in the future.Methods In Yongning district, Nanning city and township of Baekje Township 2 AIDS epidemic township established 1 AIDS comprehensive prevention and treatment demonstration area.Through the organization to carry out AIDS prevention knowledge propaganda and health education activities, to establish an effective mode of behavior intervention in high risk population, research on the management method of the treatment of the infectious source of scientific and standard, improve the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among the masses, HIV screening test rate and quality of life of patients and patients, reduce the new infection rate of HIV.Results From May 2013 to May 2014, in the project point to carry out the face of the face of anti AI knowledge propaganda, health education intervention for a total of 8 516 people, The overall awareness rate of the AIDS prevention and control of the 2 760 persons before and after the publicity was 45.29％ and 93.39％, respectively.The difference was statistically significant (x2 =1 500.26, P ＜ 0.05) , HIV infected persons standardized treatment rate was 87.50％.New HIV infection rate was not changed.Conclusion In rural areas of focus on the area of AIDS in the face of home publicity, and the effective management of HIV infected persons is effective, worthy of popularization and application.
