Objective To understand the hypertension management among residents of Urumqi City from 2017 to 2021,to analyze the trend of hypertension management,and to provide a scientific basis for effective hypertension management.Methods The data of hypertension health management in Urumqi City from 2017 to 2021 were collected,and the statistical analysis of each rate of hypertension management among residents was carried out using SPSS 26.0 software.The comparisons of the rates of count data were performed using the x2 test,and the analysis of the rates was performed using the trend x2 test.A grey prediction model(GM)(1,1)was used to fit and predict the rate of filing and health management.Results From 2017 to 2021,the hypertension filing rate among residents of different regions in Urumqi(x2citywide trend=37 747.9,x2urban trend=34 668.1,x2rural trend=3 138.6;P＜0.001)and health management(x2citywide trend=29 832.9,x2urban trend=25825.7,x2rural trend=3 879.3;P＜0.001)showed an overall increasing trend,and the rates of standardized management(x2citywide trend=2 866.4,x2urban trend=2 490.9,x2rural trend=453.4;P＜0.001)and blood pressure control compliance(x2citywide trend=269.9,x2urban trend=216.8,x2rural trend=86.5;P＜0.001)showed a decreasing trend.The rates of hypertension filing,health management,standardized management and blood pressure control compliance were all higher in rural than in urban areas,and the differences were statistically significant(x2=578.0,x2=4 336.9,x2=4 587.2,x2=6 923.7;P＜0.001).According to the prediction of GM(1,1)the rates of hypertension filing and health management in Urumqi City could reach 58.21％and 48.87％in 2022,respectively.Conclusion The rate of hypertension filing and health management from 2017 to 2021 in Urumqi City was generally on the rise,and the rate of standardized management and blood pressure control is on the decline,so efforts should be increased to effectively improve the effectiveness of management.
