Objective To explore the service status and spatial distribution pattern of vaccination clinics in Beihai City in 2022,and to provide a basis for optimizing vaccination services in Beihai City.Methods Multi-distance spatial cluster analysis and spatial autocorrelation analysis were performed to analyze the global spatial distribution characteristics,hot or cold spot areas,and spatial aggregation of vaccination clinics in Beihai City.Buffer zone analysis was used to analyze the scope of outpatient vaccination services.Results There were 36 vaccination clinics in Beihai City that provide vaccination services mainly on a weekly basis,and 19 clinics were open for vaccination on weekends.The number of cold chain volumes,vaccination clinics,and vaccination staff per 10 000 serving population were 426.12L,0.19,and 1.79,respectively.The whole qualified vaccination rate of the seven basic immunization vaccines for children aged 0 to 7 years was 93.72%.There was an aggregation in the spatial distribution of vaccination clinics and the spatial distribution of vaccination rates of the children's basic immunization seven vaccines in Beihai City(difference=83 278.32,P<0.05).Buffer zone analysis showed that 16.67%of townships had failed to achieve full coverage of the area under their jurisdiction.Conclusion The spatial distribution of vaccination clinic services in Beihai City is basically set up in a reasonable manner.It is still necessary to further increase the investment in vaccination clinics in the future,and accelerate the digital construction of vaccination clinics,and to adopt a variety of inoculation service methods for remote or inconvenient villages.
