Objective To understand the current status of disinfection work in medical institutions at all levels in Jurong City,so as to provide a scientific basis for improving the quality of disinfection in medical institutions.Methods From 2016 to 2021,23 medical institutions in Jurong City were randomly sampled,and SPSS 22.0 software was used to conduct Chi-square test to compare the monitoring qualified rates of different medical institutions and various types of disinfection objects,and the inspection level α=0.05.Results From 2016 to 2021,a total of 3 541 samples were monitored in medical institutions in Jurong,and 3 327 were qualified,with a qualified rate of 93.96%.The qualified rate first decreased and then increased,showing an overall upward trend(x2trend=35.855,P<0.01).Among the 8 monitoring objects,the items with relatively low qualified rate include object surface(94.83%),hand hygiene of medical staff(92.35%)and hospital sewage(82.00%).Among the medical institutions of different levels,the qualified rate of disposable medical supplies and surfaces of objects in social medical institutions was lower than that of more advanced medical institutions.Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of medical institutions in Jurong is good,showing an upward trend,but there are still some weak links.It is necessary to focus on the disinfection quality management of hospital sewage and social medical institutions.
