Objective To culture and identify the mosquito-borne flora in Karamay City,to analyze the identification results,and to provide information and data support for the research and control of mosquitoes.Methods From September 2021 to June 2022,mosquito-borne flora were cultured,isolated and purified by blood agar plates.Colonies were identified by mass spectrometer,supplemented by biochemical experiments and analyzed after reviewing literature.Results Mosquito-borne flora were identified by random sampling in Karamay City,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.Two kinds of bacteria were obtained,which were gram staining negative,arabinose fermentation test and raffinose fermentation test positive,respectively,and were identified as Serratia rubidaea.Positive gram staining,positive dynamic test,milky white turbid ring in yolk medium and negative mannitol biochemical reaction were identified as Bacillus cereus.Conclusion Mosquitoes cause a variety of diseases,such as dengue fever,malaria and filariasis.Both Bacillus cereus and Serratia rubidaea obtained in this experiment are conditioned pathogens and cause diseases in human beings to different degrees.Pathogenic Bacillus cereus reproduces by spores,both foodborne and bloodborne.Partial foodborne Bacillus cereus produces enterotoxin and vomitoxin,which causes diarrhoea and vomiting symptoms.Pathogenic Bacillus cereus has drug resistance to β-lactam antibiotics,which leads to a clinical hidden trouble.Serratia rubidaea belongs to the genus Serratia.Its clinical strains are susceptible to developing resistance to common antibiotics,as well as causing disease as urinary tract infection etcetera.
