目的 评价合肥市儿童入学入托预防接种证查验信息系统建立与实施效果,为探索更高效的接种证查验方式提供依据.方法 基于合肥市免疫规划信息管理系统,通过浏览器/服务器(browser/server,B/S)架构,建立合肥市儿童入学入托预防接种证查验信息系统(简称"查验信息系统"),实现预防接种门诊、学校/托幼机构进行预防接种证查验工作.采用描述性方法分析2017-2019年系统实施期间学校/托幼机构疫苗补种率、疫苗漏种比例、接种证自助查验等指标.结果 2017-2019年国家免疫规划各类疫苗漏种率呈逐年下降趋势;补种率分别为96.38％、96.56％、98.47％,2019年与2017、2018年补种率差异有统计学意义(x2=434.582,P＜0.001).查验信息系统的建立,实现了预防接种证自助查验、自动识别、判定儿童接种情况,自动生成学校/托幼机构需要补种疫苗儿童名单,需补种疫苗的名称和剂次、统计报表等.结论 查验信息系统的建立,实现了"互联网+入学入托预防接种证查验"管理模式,1年内可进行多次查验和疫苗补种追踪,避免了人工查验的效率低和疫苗补种、判定不准确,实现了儿童监护人可进行预防接种证自助查验.
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the establishment and implementation of the accination certificate verification information system for children enrolled in schools and childcare settings in Hefei City,and to provide a basis for exploring a more efficient approach of accination certificate verification.Methods Based on the immunization planning information management system of Hefei City,a accination certificate verification information system for children's enrollment in schools and childcare settings(referred to as the"verification information system")was established through the browser/server(B/S)architecture,so as to realize the verification of preventive accination certificates by vaccination clinics and schools/childcare institutions.The descriptive method was used to analyze the indicators of vaccine reseeding rate,proportion of vaccine omission,and self-service inspection of accination certificates in schools/childcare settings during the implementation of the system from 2017 to 2019.Results The leakage rate of all types of vaccines in the national immunization program showed a downward trend year by year from 2017 to 2019.The reseeding rates were 96.38％,96.56％,and 98.47％,respectively,and the difference in reseeding rates 2019 compared to 2017 and 2018 was statistically significant(x2=434.582,P＜0.001).The establishment of the verification information system realized self-service verification of accination certificate,automatic identification,determination of children's vaccination status,automatic generation of lists of children in need of supplementary vaccination in schools/childcare settings,names and doses of vaccines to be reseeded,and statistical reports.Conclusion The establishment of the verification information system has realized the management mode of"internet+accination certificate verification for enrollment in schools and childcare settings".Multiple verifications and vaccine supplementation tracking can be performed within one year,so as to avoid the inefficiency of manual verification and inaccurate vaccine supplementation and judgment,and to realize that children's guardians can conduct self-service verification of accination certificate.
