Advances in research on analgesia by traditional Chinese drugs
With the development of science and technology,more knowledge of pain pathology in the aspects of molecular and cellular levels and neurotransmitter, and analgesic research on traditional Chinese drugs have made new progress.The animal pain models were used for basic screening and study on analgesic active components and analgesic mechanism of traditional Chinese drugs, which provided scientific evidences for the development of new analgesic drugs.In this article,the classical animal pain models are summarized, pain-related substances and their determination methods are reviewed in order to offer a reference for future research on analgesia by chinese drugs.
